4.How can I find out that a game is over?
As soon as a game is over, you will receive a notification on your Profile page, giving you the results. This is available only for the paying challenges and competitions.
You will also find a summary of your whole games on your My Games page, reachable via your Profile page. However, this is only available for for the paying game sessions.
The games that are over can be found on the tab "Completed". For each game, you will find the following information :

The ID number of the game. This number is important and might be relevant if you have a question, and we need to find quickly what game you are talking about. |

6.Where can I find my global level?
Once connected, you will find your global level in the "ID Zone" (purple box) in the upper right side of the window.
This global level is represented by a little orange spot, with the number of your level on it (from 1 to 10).

Once connected, you will find your level for each game in the "My levels" board on your Profile page.
When launching a game through the Play page, you can see your level at each game above the board presenting the games available.

1.Why all the free games, as not logged, are all limited ton only 2 minutes of playing?
| On PlayinStar, every game you play is registered and took into account to build your general level. The number of free games as not logged being unlimited, it would be easy for any player to train and get a good level on each game. This limitation prevents too many difference of level between the players. |

2.Am I playing against real players?
| On PlayinStar, the only way to play is against real players! Being in free mode, in a challenge or in a compettion, you will always have an opponent to play against. The best way to be sure you’re playing against real players is to invite your friends ! |

3.Is it possible to end a game on a tie?
Yes. It is possible that reach the same number of points at the end of a game. Two different rules are current on PlayinStar.
Challenge : In case of level, the prize is equally distributed between the players who reached the first place.
Competition : In case of level, the first player who reaches the highest number of points wins the competition.

4.Can I challenge a player who has a better level than mine on PlayinStar?
On PlayinStar, you can only play against players whose level is next to yours, so that everyone has a chance to win. As a new player, you will only be able to play games that have with a less important stake.
When you are the one who invite the other players, there is no rules: everyone can come and play, whatever is their level! |

5.Is it possible that my opponent cheats?
| Checks on PlayinStar are very stricts, and every player play in the same conditions. The website also has protection systems (encrypted data, automatic alerts, protection against hacking, etc.) that protect the site and the players against possible frauds. |

6.Can I play more than once to a game?
| You can play to a competition as many times as you want, as long as you have money in your PlayinStar account. In the case of a challenge, you can take part only once per challenge. If you want to take part to another competition, you either enter a challenge that is already online or create a new one. |

7.How is my global level defined on the site?
| The global level is the level of "experience" of the player, only based on the amount of time spent on the site. This level, that goes from 1 to 10 is calculated on the average time spent on the games according to the last 10 months. The more you play, the more your global level increases. We base on the number of points won on each game, as well as on the frequency of playing of each participants to build up his level. The money won is also taken into account. |

8.What happens if I close a window during a game?
If you quit a game in session, the number of points gathered before the window was closed is yours.
In the same way, during a game against another player or multiple players, the windows opened by your opponents stay opened and the game is not cancelled on their side.
You will keep again, the amount of points gathered before the window was closed. But, you will let the other players the opportunity to win more points. |

For asynchronous games : your game session will be available on line during 72 hours. If your game doesn’t find any player within 72 hours, the game is cancelled and your entry fee will be refunded.
For synchronous games : your game session will be available online during a few minutes. If your game doesn’t find any player in the following minutes, the game is cancelled. You will the be asked to relaunch the game. If you don’t, your entry fee will be refunded |

6.How much is the commission taken by PlayinStar over the earnings?
As the organizer, PlayinStar takes 25% of all the participations. This commission is the same for all the game session, whatever is the game, the type of game or the entry fee. Except for the competitions organized by the players themselves. In that case, the comission is 20% for PlayinStar, as the player who organizes the competition gets 5% of the earnings.

It depends on the type of game you are playing to. In a free game or as warm up, you don’t win anything, because no money can be out in any pot. In a challenge, you win the total amount of money put in the pot by the different players, minus PlayinStar’s commission that is worth 25% of this total amount. In case of a tie, the prize is divided equally between the players who came first for the challenfs. If there is a tie in a competition, the player who was the first to reach the highest number of point wins to prize.

4.I lost my password. What should I do?
If you lost or forgot your password, you just have to click on “Forgot your password?”, the sentence you will find right under the “Login” button on the iD cartridge.
Then, you will be asked to fill in the corresponding field with your e-mail address. A new password will be sent to you.
You will then be able to login with this one, re-enter your old password or create a new one.

5.How can I change my avatar?
| On PlayinStar, you have the choice to put (or not) an avatar on your profile. This avatar will display everytime you will log in and will be visible to every player connected. To choose your avatar, click on “My Account” after being logged in. Under your profile avatar, you can read the sentence “Edit My Profile”. Click on it to edit your profile , and your avatar. Click on “Select an Avatar” to access PlayinStar’s digital library of avatars. You can also download your own picture and put it as an avatar. | Once registered on PlayinStar, it is not possible to change your username. Each username refers to one e-mail address, and a change of name could be confusing, and mislead the other players. |

1.Where can I withdraw money from my PlayinStar account to my bank account?
To make a withdrawal from your PlayinStar account to your bank account, you just have to reach the page “Credit my bank account” on your “My account” page : My account > Credit my bank account. This is the only way to recover your money won on PlayinStar.
ATTENTION : In case of a withdrawal from your PlayinStar account to your bank account, the amount of bonus is cancelled. Example : I have 12 euros in my account, divided as follows : 6 euros of money won, 3 euros of money credited from my bank account, and 3 euros of bonus. If I decide to withdraw 5 euros (12 – 5 = 7), my 3 euros bonus are cancelled. (7 – 3 = 4). My final balance will, then be 4 euros.

| Unfortunately, it is not possible to get your entry fee back once the game is launched. The only time when you will get your entry fee back is when you create a challenge, and no player come to play your challenge (see THE GAME SESSIONS) |

-on your "My Account" page, click on "Credit my bank account"
-on the following page, pick the amount of money you want to bring in your PlayinStar account (between 4, 8, 12, 20 and 50 euros)

-you will then be redirected on the page that will ask you to confirm the transaction
-don’t forget to fill all the different fields, necessary to guarantee the security of the transfer

1.What is a competition?
A competition is a type of game that allows a high number of players to play a same game session. The pot rises with every participation !
The parameters of a competition are as follows :
-The organiser : the site or a player
-The game : it is the same for every player and for every game session : same duration, same conditions, same game.
-The entry fee : same entry fee for every player, and for every game session. The entry fee is defined by the organizer
-Number of participations per player : unlimited. Every competitor has to pay the entry fee
-Price to win : it’s evolutive, and rises with every participation
-Share of the organizer-player : it’s 5% of all the participations and entry fees
-Level of the competition : it is defined by the organizer. If your level is too high, you cannot join the competition
-Ranking of the competition : at the end of every competition, the ranking is updated with the best score of every competitor
-The winner : once the competition is over, the winner is the competitor that reach the higher number of points. He wins the total prize.

| The competitions are only accessible to the players logged in, and to those who want to put money in a game session. The player/organizer of the competition choose an entry fee, between 10cts and 10 euros, payable only for the players who owns a PlayinStar account and, therefore, is registered. |

1.How can I organize my own competition?
To organize your own competition, you have to click on the “Play” tab, and choose the game you want to create a competition for on the carousel.
You will then have the choice of creating a simple game session (Challenge) opened to all of the players on PlayinStar according to their level, or a competition. Click on the “Competition“ tab to see all the competitions online at the moment.
Right under the board of the competitions, click on "Create a competition".
Then follow the procedure to create your own competition and invite all your friends to participate. |

2.Why should I organize my own competition?
Creating your own competition is the best way to choose the friends you want to play against on PlayinStar. Besides, you keep all control of your competition and got to choose the game, the entry fee (and therefore, the amount of money to win), the duration of the competition and the players that will be participating.
Organising a competition will bring you money, since the organiser gets to keep 5% of the total amount of money to win at the end of the competition.
